October 2003 Babysitter jailed for abuse of young girl Pictured in 2017 – Facebook profile A babysitter who sexually abused a four-year-old girl as he read her a bedtime story has been jailed for six years.  “Trusted” Alan McCudden, 23, admitted lewd and indecent behaviour at the High Court in Aberdeen.  Judge Lord Morison jailed McCudden, of Aberdeen, for six years and put him on the Sex Offenders Register.  Advocate depute Brian McConnachie, prosecuting, said the abuse happened twice in 2001 and 2002.  Mr McConnachie told the court McCudden “was trusted”.  But he said the girl was just five when she confided to a relative that she “had seen Alan’s willy”.  The girl’s family later confronted McCudden who said: “I know I have a problem.”  Mr McConnachie said the girl was now hyperactive and felt she had problems with what had happened.
