November 2019 Man sentenced for sexual assault on teenager A man has been jailed after he indecently assaulted a teenage girl. Roy Foley, 58, inappropriately touched the under-aged girl at premises on Kelynmead Road, Stechford, on November 2 this year. The girl told her parents about the incident, who immediately called police who arrested Foley. At Birmingham crown court on Thursday (November 28) , Foley, of Ledbury House, Tile Cross, pleaded guilty to sexual assault on a female and possession of cannabis. He was sentenced to two years in prison, as well as being put on the Sex Offender Register and also made the subject of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for 10 years.
