A 63-year-old man from Clifton, Neil Amess, has been handed down a severe prison sentence of 12 years after authorities uncovered a vast collection of illegal child pornography material.

The investigation revealed that Amess possessed more than 13,000 images and videos depicting the exploitation of minors, some of which included children as young as two years old.
