August 2012 Taxi driver jailed for rape of a woman and sexual assault on schoolgirl A man who got a young woman pregnant when he raped her at his home in West Yorkshire has been jailed for nine years. In a separate attack, taxi driver Larasab Hussain, 46, sexually assaulted a 15-year-old after she had been repeatedly abused by two other men. Leeds Crown Court heard how Hussain carried out the rape in June 2010 after luring the victim, aged in her twenties, back to his home. The court was also told that the woman became pregnant as a result of the attack and gave birth to the child. Hussain, of Headfield View, Thornhill Lees, Dewsbury, denied raping the woman after she reported the incident. He admitted the offence shortly before his victim was due to give evidence at a trial. A month before the rape, Hussain was also involved in a ‘humiliating’ sexual attack on a 15-year-old girl. Two men have already been jailed after the teenager was repeatedly raped and sexually assaulted in Ravensthorpe, Dewsbury, and was filmed being subjected to sexual attacks. Ali Rehman, 26, was jailed for 11 years for three counts of rape and one of attempted rape. Faisar Younas, 23, was given a four year sentence for sexual activity with a child. They admitted their offences during a trial in March, when jurors were shown footage which had been filmed on a phone belonging to Hussain. Hussain admitted sexually assaulting the girl as she showered after being raped. The victim had been plied with alcohol before being subjected to the ordeal.
