DEREK BUTT SHOCKING CHILD RAPE CASE IN SWANSEA
An 86-year-old man from Swansea has narrowly escaped imprisonment after a court hearing regarding his involvement in a series of heinous sexual offenses.The individual, identified as Derek Butt, was accused of repeatedly raping a young boy over a span of seven years, starting in 2006.
Due to Butt’s advanced dementia, the court decided not to proceed with a full trial.
Instead, a trial of facts was conducted, which confirmed the allegations against him.
