DUNDEE MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO HARASSMENT AND VIOLENCE TOWARDS EX-PARTNER
Scott Ney, aged 28, is involved in a case where he spat on and repeatedly harassed his former partner, attacking her and threatening her with violence.
Ney pled guilty to engaging in an abusive course of conduct towards the woman between March 12 and June 20, 2020, at an address on Haldane Terrace, Dundee.
On August 31 last year, Ney was observed repeatedly spitting on the woman’s head and body at an address on Ashmore Street.
These offences were committed while Ney was the subject of a bail order.
Sheriff George Way decided to defer the sentence until May for reports and has indicated that Ney remains in custody.
