RICKY SAMSON CHARGED WITH MULTIPLE SEXUAL ASSAULTS IN DUNDEE
A man named Ricky Samson has been formally accused of committing a series of serious sexual offenses against two women in Dundee. The allegations span over a period of six years, during which Samson is said to have carried out multiple attacks at various locations within the city.
Samson, aged 25, appeared before Dundee Sheriff Court to face these charges, which have been brought against him following a detailed investigation.
The prosecution has outlined a disturbing pattern of behavior involving two separate women, with the incidents occurring at different addresses across Dundee.
The first set of allegations pertains to an incident between January 2011 and December 2012.
Prosecutors allege that during this period, Samson engaged in a series of non-consensual acts against a woman.
These acts included kissing her on the cheek, grabbing her shoulders, and pinning her to a bed.
It is further claimed that he repeatedly expressed his desire to be with her, despite her clear lack of consent.
These actions are considered to be sexual assaults under the law.
The second charge relates to an incident in July 2013 at an address in Hilltown.
According to the prosecution, Samson pushed the same woman onto a bed, held her head down, kissed her on the neck, and performed a sexual act on her without her consent.
These actions are alleged to have been carried out against her will, constituting serious sexual offenses.
In addition to these allegations, a second woman has come forward with claims of being attacked on three separate occasions at her residence in the Dryburgh area.
The first incident in December 2016 involved Samson allegedly punching her multiple times before raping her.
It is claimed that he committed a second rape against her later that same month.
The prosecution further alleges that in January 2017, Samson used the woman’s hand to perform a sex act on himself while she was asleep, an act carried out when she was unable to give or refuse consent.
During his court appearance, Samson, who resides on Ettrick Crescent, did not enter any plea or make any declaration regarding the five charges brought against him.
The case was adjourned for further examination, and he was subsequently released on bail pending future proceedings.
These allegations paint a disturbing picture of repeated sexual violence over several years, with victims at different locations within Dundee.
The court process continues as authorities seek justice for the women involved.
