July 2018 Child sex offender, 19, admits breaking order A 19-year-old has admitted to child sex offences over a period of two months, and to breaking his sexual harm prevention order. Paul Walker also pleaded guilty to sending messages of a sexual nature to another girl at his hearing at Shrewsbury Crown Court. He will be sentenced in September. Walker admitted seven counts of sexual activity with a 15 year old girl, one of sexual communication with another girl and one of breaching a sexual harm prevention order. All of the crimes took place between early March and late May of this year. The court heard that Walker messaged the second girl on a Playstation 4 games console. His sexual harm prevention order had been handed down in December 2016 after a previous offence. He breached it by not informing the 15 year old or her parents it was in force. In adjourning the case for sentencing, judge Jonathon Gosling told Walker: “These are very serious offences and I am very concerned about you.” Walker’s address was given only as Brinsford Prison, Brinsford.
