DUNDEE DOMESTIC ABUSER - RELEASED FROM PRISON.
October 2025: Believed to have been released from prison and now living in the Haldane area of Kirkton, Dundee.Kyle-John Nairn-Jackson, a perpetrator of domestic violence from Dundee, engaged in a pattern of threatening and violent behavior towards his partner.
His aggression escalated when he assaulted her in the waiting room of a doctor's surgery while she was holding a baby, and he also challenged the receptionist to a physical fight.
These early incidents initiated a longer cycle of domestic abuse featuring violence and menacing messages.
After spending more than 300 days in detention, Nairn-Jackson pleaded guilty but was initially released on bail, subject to certain conditions.
However, his inability to convince social workers he was ready to change and his ongoing breaches of court orders resulted in a sheriff re-imprisoning him for an additional 15 months.
The sheriff described the report on his behavior as 'depressing' and 'pessimistic,' emphasizing the extent of the abuse over an eight-month span and his repeated violations of court mandates.
A court order banning harassment was set for ten years to protect his victim, along with a reproach for his actions, including the assault at the health center and bail violations.
The case highlights his persistent violent acts and threats, the court's acknowledgment of his immaturity, and his return to custody for his sustained domestic abuse campaign.
