A man known as one of Dundee's most high-risk child sex offenders, Jamie Mullen, aged 37, has been warned he could face jail time after police found him in possession of multiple illegal laptops and phones.

Despite the seizure of these devices, authorities were unable to detect any indecent images on them.

Mullen appeared in court on an indictment at Dundee's sheriff court to face these charges.

A police spokesperson noted the evidence found and indicated that he could be sentenced to prison based on the ongoing investigation.
