GIBSON DUNBAR FROM DUNDEE SENTENCED FOR CHILD ABUSE MATERIAL IN NORTHERN IRELAND
A man identified as Gibson Dunbar, hailing from Dundee, has been handed a significant prison sentence after being found guilty of possessing a vast amount of online child abuse content.The court proceedings took place in Northern Ireland, where Dunbar was sentenced to three years behind bars for his disturbing activities.
Investigators uncovered that Dunbar had accumulated nearly 30,000 indecent images, some depicting children as young as two years old.
In addition to these images, authorities found that he possessed two manuals related to paedophilia, which provided guidance on grooming victims and evading detection by law enforcement agencies.
The court described Dunbar’s conduct as “grotesque” and “utterly shocking,” highlighting the severity of his breach of trust.
Further details revealed that Dunbar had engaged in the disturbing act of photographing pupils at his school in Dundee.
