DANGEROUS SEX OFFENDER DAVID PARKER FROM HULL JAILED FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCES
David Parker, a 67-year-old man from Hull, has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term after being found guilty of multiple serious offences related to child sexual abuse and online predatory behavior.The court heard that Parker, a former Royal Navy serviceman, had a disturbing history of sexual offences against children, including a previous conviction that resulted in a 15-month prison sentence in 2008 for possessing and distributing indecent images of minors.
His latest criminal activities came to light after he engaged in online conversations with an undercover police officer, who was pretending to be a woman with a 10-year-old daughter.
Parker, who believed he was communicating with a mother eager to facilitate his disturbing desires, openly expressed his intent to have sex with the girl.
He even discussed bringing a cuddly penguin toy to keep the child entertained during the abuse, revealing a disturbing level of premeditation and depravity.
During the exchange, Parker was brazen in his discussions, sending indecent images of children and a video depicting a male engaging in sexual activity with a child.
He also sent an image of a sex toy shaped like a penguin and discussed using it with the girl.
