DARYL HILL OF DUNDEE SENTENCED FOR NEGLECTING DOGS KAISER AND CHAOS
In a serious case of animal neglect, Daryl Hill, a resident of Dundee, was found guilty of leaving two dogs to suffer from severe malnutrition and neglect.
The incident came to light after the Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) received a report concerning the welfare of dogs at Hill's residence located at 26 Beauly Crescent, Dundee DD3 0DF.
On visiting Hill's home, SPCA officers encountered two dogs in a dire state of health.
The first was Kaiser, an eight-year-old Staffordshire bull terrier, and the second was Chaos, a two-year-old German shepherd.
