According to court proceedings, Griffiths would dress up as a baby, complete with a dummy in his mouth, and then proceed to sexually assault the young victim. During the police interrogation, authorities examined Griffiths' mobile phone, uncovering photographs that depicted him wearing a nappy, which he later admitted to the officers as part of his fetish.

Both Griffiths and Jones were subjected to indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Orders, and their details will be permanently recorded on the Sex Offenders Register.
