MOHAMEDDE KIBRIA SENTENCED IN ABERDEEN FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES
In August 2012, Mohamedde Kibria was sentenced to prison in Aberdeen after admitting to multiple sexual misconducts.
Kibria, 42 years old, appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, where he pleaded guilty to two separate incidents.
Between December 2010 and January 2011, he deliberately exposed himself and engaged in a sexual act in front of five children.
Additionally, he confessed to sexually assaulting a woman in Aberdeen on October 7 of the previous year.
Court documents indicated that Kibria was an inmate at Craiginches Prison at the time of sentencing.
Sheriff Annella Cowan sentenced him to two years in custody, with the sentence being backdated to November of the previous year.
She also imposed a nine-month supervised release order and mandated Kibria’s inclusion on the sex offenders’ register for a period of ten years.
