CALLUM GORDON SENTENCED TO 12 YEARS IN PRISON IN EDINBURGH FOR DOMESTIC ABUSE AND SEXUAL OFFENCES
Callum Gordon has been sentenced to 12 years in prison after being convicted of multiple serious crimes, including two rapes and a sexual assault involving three women. These offences took place over an 11-year period from 2009 to 2020.
Earlier this month, he was found guilty at the High Court in Edinburgh on nine charges related to domestic abuse.
The court also noted Gordon’s prior convictions for violence.
Detective Inspector Gordon Patullo from the Domestic Abuse Task Force North described Gordon as "a dangerously violent individual," highlighting the significance of the victims' testimonies in securing the conviction.
Gordon had previously been registered as a sex offender.
The sentencing underscores the police’s firm stance against domestic abuse, and authorities hope that justice will bring closure to the victims.

Prior to sentencing, he was placed on the sex offenders' register, reflecting the severity of his offences and the impact of the judicial process.
