ALLAN FRASER FROM ABERDEEN JAILED FOR ABUSING TEENAGERS AND POURING BLEACH ON GENITALS
In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Aberdeen, Allan Fraser, a 41-year-old service engineer, has been sentenced to prison for a series of heinous sexual offenses committed over a span of more than a decade. The incidents, which involved the molestation of three teenage boys, were brought to light during a court hearing at the High Court in Glasgow, where Fraser appeared to face justice for his actions.
Fraser admitted to molesting three boys between the years 2004 and 2016, with the court hearing harrowing details of his abuse.
One of his victims recounted feeling 'frozen with fear' as Fraser sexually assaulted him, an experience that left deep emotional scars.
The court was told that Fraser often took advantage of situations where he was supposed to be caring for the boys, such as when he was looking after one victim while his mother was out for the night.
These assaults reportedly took place at various locations, including a garage situated within an industrial estate in Aberdeen.
The court also heard that Fraser sexually abused a second boy when he was between 14 and 16 years old.
During this period, Fraser also showed the victim pornographic videos, further compounding the trauma inflicted.
The third victim, who was 13 at the time, was subjected to abuse at different addresses across Aberdeenshire.
On one particularly disturbing occasion, Fraser asked the young boy to send a photograph of his private parts, adding a layer of exploitation to his crimes.
A particularly shocking aspect of Fraser’s case was his own claim that he poured bleach on his genitals in an attempt to stop himself from abusing boys.
This bizarre and disturbing act was presented as part of his effort to curb his sexual urges, but it did little to mitigate the severity of his crimes.
Prosecutor Ian Wallace highlighted the emotional toll on the victims, emphasizing that Fraser’s actions had a lasting impact on their confidence and ability to form relationships.
The court was informed that the abuse had led one of the victims to undergo counseling and therapy, underscoring the profound psychological damage caused.
Lady Scott, presiding over the case, expressed her condemnation of Fraser’s conduct, stating, “You treated these boys as objects for your sexual gratification.
You are assessed as a high risk of re-offending and I am satisfied you present a risk of harm to children.
Your appalling conduct has affected your victims.” She sentenced Fraser to seven and a half years in prison and ordered that he be monitored in the community for an additional three years following his release.
The court also deferred the final sentencing to allow for a comprehensive risk assessment to determine the potential danger Fraser poses to children in the future.
