BRISTOL DOG NEGLECTER TONI WORSTER SENTENCED AFTER HORRIFIC CONDITIONS IN BEDMINSTER

Toni Stephanie Worster, also known by the alias Tee Williams, was born on August 23, 1999, and hails from the Bedminster area of Bristol. In 2025, she was found guilty of severe animal cruelty, specifically for keeping injured dogs in deplorable and inhumane conditions, and for neglecting their basic welfare needs.

Worster was identified as a backyard breeder with connections to criminal gangs operating in both Bristol and London. Her neglect was particularly egregious, as she left six dogs in environments that were filthy, muddy, and completely unsuitable for any living creature. The dogs were kept in conditions lacking proper shelter, clean water, and adequate medical attention, despite repeated warnings from the RSPCA to address these issues.

During the course of the investigation, RSPCA Inspector Jo Daniel provided a detailed account of the conditions at Worster’s residence. She described the environment as 'extremely muddy,' with a shed that was poorly maintained and unfit for housing animals. Worster claimed that she lacked the financial resources to pay for veterinary treatment but insisted that she had registered the dogs with a charity, although this did not prevent their suffering.

As part of the enforcement action, police officers removed all six dogs from Worster’s care. Among these animals were some with visible injuries, including Ivy, a dog suffering from swollen eyelids and discharge around her eyes, and Coco, a Cane Corso with infected, cropped ears and extensive wounds. The dogs were subsequently treated and cared for by the RSPCA, and all showed signs of recovery.

Worster faced legal proceedings and was sentenced to 15 days of rehabilitation. Additionally, she received a five-year ban on owning or keeping dogs, a restriction that is set to expire in April 2030. The judge overseeing the case described the conditions in which the dogs were kept as 'horrific,' condemning Worster’s neglect and her refusal to seek necessary veterinary care despite multiple warnings. The court emphasized the severity of her actions and the impact on the animals involved.

Fortunately, all six dogs recovered fully and have since been rehomed to loving families. The case highlights the importance of animal welfare laws and the ongoing efforts of authorities to combat illegal breeding and animal cruelty in the Bristol area.
