SIMON BOWERS FROM TELFORD FAILS IN APPEAL OVER 13-YEAR SENTENCE FOR CHILD RAPE IN SHROPSHIRE

In a case that has shocked the local community of Telford and the wider Shropshire region, Simon Bowers, a 38-year-old man from Boulton Grange in Telford, was convicted of heinous crimes involving the sexual assault of a six-year-old girl.
