PRZEMEK ZUKOWSKI AND PAWEL REPICH SENTENCED IN LEICESTER FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES AGAINST TEENAGER
In a significant case that has shocked the Leicester community, two men have been handed lengthy prison sentences after being found guilty of heinous sexual offences committed against a 15-year-old girl. The court proceedings revealed disturbing details about how the offences took place and the subsequent legal actions taken against the offenders.
Przemek Zukowski, aged 25, was sentenced to seven years in prison.
His conviction stemmed from multiple charges related to engaging in sexual activities with a minor, which included causing bodily harm and assault.
The court found sufficient evidence to establish that Zukowski had exploited the young girl through a series of inappropriate and illegal acts, which not only violated her rights but also inflicted physical injuries.
Alongside Zukowski, Pawel Repich, aged 24, received a six-year prison term.
His charges included sexual assault by penetration and causing actual bodily harm.
The court heard that Repich had also played a significant role in the exploitation of the teenage girl, who was befriended in a Leicester park.
The investigation uncovered that the girl was subjected to drugging, which facilitated the unlawful sexual encounters and further compounded the severity of the offences.
Both men will be required to register as sex offenders for the rest of their lives, a measure that underscores the gravity of their crimes.
Additionally, upon their release, they will be subject to restraining orders and sexual harm prevention orders, designed to protect the community and prevent any further harm.
The case has brought to light the dangers faced by young individuals in public spaces and the importance of vigilance and safeguarding measures in Leicester.
