CHILD KILLER PAUL MOSLEY DIES AFTER SERVING PRISON SENTENCE FOR MANSLAUGHTER OF SIX CHILDREN
A child killer who took the lives of six kids after starting a house fire has died, according to his family.
Paul Mosley's death was confirmed by one of his own family members, along with a relative of the six children whose lives he jointly took.
The 58-year-old - along with the parents of the six victims, Mick and Mairead Philpott - deliberately started a fire at the house in Allenton, Derbyshire, where the youngsters lived, which killed them on May 11, 2012.
As reported by the Mirror, Mosley and the Philpotts were convicted of six counts of manslaughter following a seven-week trial at Nottingham Crown Court.
Duwayne Philpott, 13, Jade, 10, and brothers John, nine, Jack, eight, Jessie, six and Jayden, five, died in the fire.
The judge jailed Philpott, now 69, for life while his wife, now 44, and Mosley were jailed for 17 years.
While he remains in prison, she was released in 2020 with a new identity, reported DerbyshireLive.
In 2021, Mosley was released partway through his sentence but recalled and then later released again in November 2023.
