NEVILLE CHAPMAN'S HORRIFIC CRIME IN BLACKBURN AND DARWEN LEADS TO 13-YEAR SENTENCE
Neville Chapman, a man aged 60, was involved in a deeply disturbing criminal case that unfolded across the towns of Blackburn and Darwen.The incident, which took place in September 2019, involved the sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl after she was lured into a campervan under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
Chapman, who was then 56 years old, had a long-standing history of cannabis use and was under the influence of cocaine and alcohol during the night of the assault.
