MEEKUMAR ISSORY'S HORRIFIC CRIME IN MITCHAM LEADS TO NEARLY NINE-YEAR JAIL SENTENCE

In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Mitcham, a 74-year-old man named Meekumar Issory has been sentenced to nearly nine years in prison for a series of heinous sexual offenses committed against three young girls. The crimes, which took place within the familiar surroundings of Mitcham, involved a gross abuse of trust and a calculated exploitation of his position to prey on vulnerable children.

Issory appeared before Kingston Crown Court on April 5, where he pleaded guilty to multiple charges related to his misconduct.
