FLIMBY MAN IN COURT ACCUSED OF MAKING INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILDREN
A MAN has appeared in court accused of making indecent images of children.Jake Wilson, 31, who appeared at Workington Magistrates’ Court, is yet to enter pleas to the following charges: · Making three category A indecent images of a child (the most serious category of child abuse images) · Making two category B indecent images of a child · Making three category C indecent images of a child The offences are alleged to have taken place in Flimby, between October 2023 and September 2024.
Wilson, care of Westfield View, Flimby, Maryport, elected trial at the crown court.
He will appear at Carlisle Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on October 20.
The defendant was bailed with conditions not to go to an address at Westfield Drive in Flimby between the hours of 9pm and 7am, not to have any unsupervised contact with a child under the age of 18 and not to sleep at an address where a child under 18 is present.
