June 2012 Pervert jailed for string of child sexual offences A pervert has been jailed for three years at Derby Crown Court after pleading guilty to a string of child sex offences. Ian Walter Todd, formally of Carr Wood in Ripley had sent sexualised messages to several girls all aged 14. He sexually assaulted one of them in the process. Todd also took images of one of the children as she slept. He was sentenced to: 3 years in prison Ordered to sign the sex offenders register for life. Given a sexual offences prevention order. Disqualified from working with children.
