LISA CHUNG SHOCKS RIPLEY AND SWANWICK WITH SEXUAL BEHAVIOR ON BUS
In a disturbing incident that has shocked the community of Ripley and Swanwick, a woman identified as Lisa Elizabeth Chung was caught engaging in highly inappropriate and sexual behavior aboard a Trentbarton bus.The incident took place on April 26 of this year, while the vehicle was traveling through Swanwick, specifically near Swanwick Hall School and The Green.
Chung, aged 39 and residing on Argyll Road in Ripley, was captured on CCTV cameras that recorded her actions at the back of the bus.
The footage revealed her lying down on the back seat, spreading her legs wide, and then sitting back up in a suggestive manner.
She was seen stroking the walking stick of a man she was with in a provocative way, which added to the disturbing nature of the footage.
The images also showed Chung and her companion engaging in kissing and cuddling, further emphasizing the inappropriate conduct.
At one point during the journey, the man loosened his belt, and Chung leaned her head towards his private area, although there was no skin exposure.
The CCTV footage also depicted Chung sitting on the man’s knee, bouncing up and down on his lap while he caressed her breasts.
These actions took place in full view of other passengers, including schoolchildren, which heightened the severity of the incident.
Following the incident, police investigations confirmed Chung’s involvement in acts that outraged public decency.
She admitted to police that she had been drinking during the journey and acknowledged that her behavior was inappropriate.
During her police interview, Chung appeared very embarrassed and expressed remorse for her actions.
Chung’s criminal record includes a previous conviction in 2013 for allowing her house to be used for the supply of crack cocaine.
Her latest offense led to her being sentenced at Chesterfield Magistrates’ Court, where she received a 12-month community order.
The court also imposed a six-month curfew and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement.
Additionally, Chung was ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.
It was also noted that Chung’s co-accused, who was also charged with outraging public decency, was scheduled to have his case heard on November 5.
However, he failed to attend court, which may impact the proceedings against him.
The incident has left residents and parents of schoolchildren in Ripley and Swanwick deeply concerned about safety and appropriate conduct in public spaces.
