Harrison’s background as a ballet dancer was used as a means to gain the girl’s trust, and her victim’s mother expressed deep concern over how Harrison, with her dance credentials, managed to infiltrate their lives and manipulate her daughter.

The mother, who moved her family to Scotland to escape the rising crime in their previous hometown, described her shock and dismay at Harrison’s actions. She criticized Harrison for exploiting her daughter and using her professional background to gain access and influence. The mother also revealed that her daughter was so embarrassed by the ordeal that she requested her mother not to be present during police interviews, and she remains deeply affected by the trauma.

Harrison’s online profiles reveal her claims of attending the Urdang Academy in London, where she studied ballet, and her service in the Army between 1999 and 2002. She currently resides in Scotland with her partner Tony, their two daughters, and her stepson from a previous relationship. She has publicly expressed her frustration with her current situation, mentioning plans to move to Northern Ireland and announcing her pregnancy with her third child, born in May.

Despite her admissions and the serious nature of her crimes, Harrison was allowed to retain custody of her children, a decision that has been met with public criticism.
