TOMASZ BORON CAUGHT IN SOUTHAMPTON AFTER SEXUAL ASSAULT OUTSIDE LONDON HOTEL
In November 2018, a serious incident unfolded outside a popular Southampton pub involving Tomasz Adam Boron, a man who was later identified and apprehended by authorities following a disturbing sexual assault.The incident took place outside The London Hotel on Oxford Street, where Boron, who was reportedly intoxicated at the time, attempted to inappropriately touch a woman who was simply waiting outside the establishment.
The woman, who was subjected to Boron's unwanted advances, pleaded with him to cease his actions.
Despite her protests, Boron responded with a disturbing smile, displaying a lack of remorse as he continued his inappropriate behavior.
The victim, acting swiftly, managed to take a photograph of Boron, which she intended to provide to the police as evidence of the assault.
During the court proceedings at Southampton Magistrates’ Court, it was revealed that Boron, aged 38, had been out drinking with colleagues prior to the incident.
The court heard that his actions represented a serious sexual offence committed against a stranger in a public space.
Prosecutor Ryan Seneviratne emphasized the gravity of the case, stating that all sentencing options, including imprisonment, should be considered given the nature of the offence.
According to the prosecutor, the assault was witnessed by bar bouncers, who promptly intervened and asked Boron to leave the premises.
The woman, visibly distressed, shouted twice at Boron to stop his behavior, which prompted the bouncers to become involved.
The court was informed that the following morning, Boron awoke with a severe headache and a hangover, beginning to piece together the events of the previous night.
