BIRMINGHAM MAN INVOLVED IN GANG THREATENING AND ASSAULTING TEENAGE GIRLS WITH A SHOTGUN
A gang of armed men, including Stephen Walker, laughed and threatened two teenage girls aged 14 and 15 with a shotgun shortly before they were assaulted in a Birmingham house, a court was told.Prosecutor Mr Michael Burrows reported that Walker and three others, Tyrone Soloman, Courtney Jarvis, and Delroy Baker, participated in threatening and assaulting the girls.
The victims, two of whom were raped, were taken to Walker's home in the early hours of August 11 last year.
During the incident, Jarvis held a shotgun which was pointed at the girls, and Walker and Soloman forced one girl to perform sexual acts, with Soloman raping her twice as he threatened to force her to have sex with the others if she refused.
Walker also assaulted and raped the 15-year-old girl, lifting her onto a settee and then pulling her hair, hitting her, and raping her when she refused to strip.
The victims were examined two days later with no significant injuries found.
The four defendants, who deny possessing a firearm with intent and other charges, are on trial.
