PETER RALPH FROM BARNSTAPLE SENTENCED FOR MULTIPLE CHILD SEX OFFENSES IN LANDKEY AND BEYOND

The judge, Mr. Ignatius Hughes, QC, condemned Ralph for exploiting his role as an educator and for the inappropriate sexual conduct that marred the lives of his victims, emphasizing that his actions had left indelible scars.
