However, he is now over 18 and can be legally named November 2014 Tewkesbury teenager who acted out a porn film with an eight-year-old girl A Tewkesbury teenager who forced an eight-year-old girl to act out a porn film with him and then asked other very young girls to send him intimate pictures of themselves was given a guided tour of the cells at Gloucester Crown Court by order of the judge. Tearful Adam Joyce–walker was told by the judge, “You may well cry and she does cry, but she has done absolutely nothing wrong” Judge Jamie Tabor QC said it had deeply affected the girl and commented that children can be so cruel Gloucester Crown Court heard that the young girl was so scared of getting into trouble, she texted her mum to tell her what Joyce-walker had done to her Prosecution told the court: “It wasnt until the event that she sent her mum a series of texts saying he had dragged her upstairs, molested and sexually assaulted her and that it really hurt” “She asked him to stop, because it hurt, but he held her legs down” Prosecution continued: “The victim feels she doesnt want to wake up and that no ones loves her. She has difficulty sleeping” “She is now concerned about who to trust” Joyce-walker admitted sexually assaulting the girl, aged under 13 by penetration with a further count of sexual assault Judge Tabor warned Joyce-Walker that if he had been an adult, then he would be looking at spending three to four years in prison. He said: “What you did has deeply affected the lives of many people, not least the girl” “She has not only had to endure the humiliation of what you did, but it has affected the ring of trust that surrounds her with her parents and that is the most important thing a child can have” The judge ordered Joyce-walker to undergo a 12 month youth rehabilitation order with supervision, pay a £15 victim surcharge and to attend 40 days of programmes He was also handed a 10 year restraining order
