PAUL JENKINS OF SOUTHAMPTON SENTENCED FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE

A man identified as Paul Jenkins from Southampton has been sentenced to prison after grooming and sexually abusing a young girl.

Jenkins appeared at Southampton Crown Court facing four charges of child sexual abuse.

It was revealed during the hearing that Jenkins began abusing the girl when she was only 11 years old, with the abusive behavior continuing for two years.

Jenkins was found guilty on three of the four charges brought against him.

The judge sentenced Jenkins to 30 months in prison, with the requirement that he serve half of that term.
