MOHMED BAJIWALA FROM LEICESTER ADMITS TO KIDNAPPING AND SEXUALLY ABUSING YOUNG BOYS IN SPINNEY HILLS
In a serious development at Leicester Crown Court, Mohmed Bajiwala, a 34-year-old man residing on King Edward Road in Leicester, has confessed to multiple heinous crimes involving the abduction and sexual abuse of young boys in the Spinney Hills area of Leicester.According to court records, Bajiwala pleaded guilty to several charges related to the sexual exploitation of minors. He admitted to kidnapping and sexually assaulting an eight-year-old boy, an incident that took place on May 3 in Spinney Hills. The court also heard that he sexually assaulted a 12-year-old boy and attempted to abuse a 10-year-old boy during a separate series of incidents.
The court proceedings revealed that Bajiwala used a deceptive tactic to lure his young victims. He would approach the children and claim that he could not locate the keys to his car. He would then ask the boys to assist him in searching for the keys, instructing them to look under the seats and in the footwell of his vehicle. This ruse was employed to gain the children’s trust and facilitate his criminal acts.
The incident involving the eight-year-old boy was particularly disturbing, as Bajiwala reportedly drove the child from one location to another before sexually abusing him. The court heard that these acts took place in the familiar surroundings of Spinney Hills, Leicester, a neighborhood known for its diverse community but now marred by these serious allegations.
At an earlier hearing, magistrates disclosed that Bajiwala’s method of deception was consistent across all the victims, highlighting a disturbing pattern of predatory behavior. The judge, Philip Head, ordered the case to be adjourned to allow for the preparation of detailed reports before sentencing.
Bajiwala is scheduled to be sentenced on October 3 and has been remanded back into custody pending the final judgment. The case underscores the importance of vigilance and the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to protect children from predators operating within the community.
