March 2022 Pervert avoids prison after being caught with child sexual abuse images A pervert has avoided a prison sentence after he was caught downloading indecent images of children off the internet Mark Elvis Hardacre, 33 of Leeds appeared at Leicester Crown Court where he pleaded guilty to making indecent images of children The court was told that Hardacre who is originally from Loughborough was caught with images covering all categories of indecency.  He was sentenced to a 11 month prison sentence which was suspended for 24 months A sexual harm prevention order was imposed for ten years  He was ordered to register as a sex offender for ten years and placed on the barring list.  He was also told to pay £500 court costs
