JASON LOWES FROM HAWICK PLEADS GUILTY TO PEACE BREACH AND ASSAULTS IN SCOTLAND

Jason Lowes, a resident of Arthur Street in Hawick, has admitted to multiple charges related to disorderly conduct and violence spanning several years. The court heard that Lowes was involved in a series of disruptive incidents at properties located on Burnfoot Road and Silverbuthall Road in Hawick, occurring between 2005 and 2009. During these episodes, he behaved in a manner that disrupted the peace, causing distress to those nearby.

In addition to these disturbances, Lowes also confessed to assaulting a female on multiple occasions from the year 2000 through 2009. The assaults were serious enough to be considered criminal acts, and they contributed to the ongoing pattern of aggressive behavior. Furthermore, between September 2014 and July 2015, Lowes was found to have behaved in a threatening or abusive manner towards another woman, which led to further legal action.
