June 2022 teen who raped girl, 8, and threatened to ‘kill & bury’ her UNMASKED as he turns 18 A sadistic teen who raped an eight-year-old girl and threatened to ‘kill and bury’ her if she revealed the abuse can finally be unmasked as he has now turned 18. Warped Jack Dalziel tied the youngster up and repeatedly attacked her during a reign of terror in Motherwell, Lanarkshire. The sicko also sexually assaulted three young boys aged between four and ten by means including chaining them to chairs, handcuffing one and threatening to stab a lad with a needle. On one occasion, he even distracted the youngest child by putting on cartoon Paw Patrol while he carried out his sick abuse. Dalziel denied the horrific offences and forced the four kids to give evidence against him at the High Court in Glasgow late last year , where he was later jailed for three-and-a-half years. But he can finally be exposed after reaching his 18th birthday Dalziel’s trial heard all the abuse took place at a home in Motherwell between 2018 and 2019. He was convicted of tying the eight-year-old’s wrists and ankles together with neck ties, covering her mouth with his hand, raping her and threatening to kill and bury her if she disclosed what he had done. In October 2019, he sexually assaulted a four-year-old boy, punched him and then uttered threats of violence towards him and his mother. It’s thought he tried to rape the nursery school-age boy but the brave lad knew it was wrong and kicked him in the face to stop the assault. Two other boys were also sexually assaulted, both aged between nine and ten. One was threatened with a needle, tied to a chair using chains and neck ties, handcuffed and then told he’d be strangled if he revealed the abuse. The other was again restrained using a chain before being assaulted. Following his convictions, Judge Olga Pasportnikov told Dalziel: “These were offences against children much younger than you. “They would have been left frightened and confused. “You would have been aware that what you did was wrong. “You were deliberately scaring two of the children by threatening to kill them.” The judge added she believed the crimes were “enhanced opportunism” rather than “grooming” by the teenager. She also said the total sentence was much lower than if the sex attacker had been convicted as an adult – and he will also be supervised for a further two years on his release. He is also on the sex offenders register.
