The article reports that Gary Hudson, aged 25, from Terminus Terrace, Southampton, was involved in a violent assault on his partner, Hannah Cove, during a late-night drunken row.
He twice punched her, knocking her against a bridge on West End Road, Southampton, and then walked up and down the road before punching her again, causing her head to jolt backwards and forwards.
