HACKNEY PAEDOPHILE FRANK HAPPER SENTENCED FOR CHILD CHAT CRIMES IN EAST LONDON

In a disturbing case that has sent shockwaves through the East London community, Frank Happer, a 50-year-old man from Hackney, was sentenced to two years in prison after engaging in illicit communications with women on phone chatlines, with the sinister intent of targeting their children.

Happer, who is currently unemployed, falsely claimed to be a Channel 4 cameraman when speaking with women. His deception was part of a calculated effort to gain their trust and access to their families. However, his true identity and intentions were far more sinister, as he is a known homosexual paedophile who has previously been jailed three times for similar offenses. His past convictions led to a lifetime ban from contacting anyone under the age of 18.

The Old Bailey court heard that authorities conducted a raid on Happer’s residence in Hackney, East London, uncovering a disturbing cache of evidence. Among the items seized was a list containing the names of more than a dozen women, spanning from Scotland to the south coast of England, along with detailed information about their children. This evidence underscored the extent of Happer’s malicious activities and his premeditated efforts to exploit vulnerable minors.

Further investigations revealed that Happer had already engaged in conversations with at least two minors, an 11-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy, over the phone. These interactions confirmed his breach of the Sex Offenders Act, to which he admitted guilt on two counts.
