FRANK DEGRAFF OF WORKINGTON SENTENCED IN CUMBRIA FOR SEX OFFENCES AGAINST YOUNG GIRL

In a recent court proceeding held at Carlisle Crown Court, a 77-year-old man from Workington, identified as Frank Degraff senior, faced serious allegations related to sexual misconduct involving a minor. Frank Degraff senior, a resident of Senhouse Street in Workington, entered a guilty plea in August to two counts of causing or inciting a girl under the age of 13 to engage in sexual activity. During the sentencing hearing, Judge Barbara Forrester described the offences as “unpleasant,” emphasizing the gravity of the crimes committed against a young girl.
