DANIEL TURNBULL OF TITCHFIELD SENTENCED FOR BREACHING SEXUAL HARM PREVENTION ORDER IN SOUTHAMPTON
Daniel Turnbull, aged 33 and residing on High Road, violated a sexual harm prevention order by having a teenager in his vehicle.He pleaded guilty to the offence, which took place in South Street, Titchfield, earlier this month.
According to court documents from Portsmouth Magistrates' Court, this incident was a clear and intentional breach of a crown court order.
The seriousness of the breach was such that only a custodial sentence was considered appropriate.
Turnbull was consequently sentenced to six months in prison and ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge.
