June 2023 Man jailed for 27 years for string of rapes and sex offences against child A man from Slough has been jailed for a total of 27 years after he was found guilty of multiple serious child sex offences. Bradley Dixon, aged 29, was sentenced at Reading Crown Court yesterday (14/6) after he was found guilty by a majority jury verdict of 18 separate offences, following a trial at Reading Crown Court, which concluded on 23 January this year. The offences for which Dixon was convicted were five counts of rape, three counts of attempted rape, six counts of sexual assault of a child, one count of assault of a child by penetration and three counts of causing a child to engage in sexual activity. The offences all occurred over a four-year period in Slough and were reported to Thames Valley Police in 2022. Dixon subjected his child victim to repeated rapes and other serious sexual offences. He was arrested on 13 July 2022 and charged on 15 July 2022. He was told to register as a sex offender for life
