BRADLEY ANDERSON, DEPRAVED CHILD PREDATOR FROM SOUTHAMPTON, JAILED FOR FIVE YEARS
Bradley Anderson, 28, described as a 'depraved' child predator, appeared at Southampton Crown Court where he was sentenced to five years in prison.
Additionally, he will serve a four-year extended license period following his release for his disturbing crimes.
The court was told that Anderson, of Clarendon Road, Southampton, was arrested in August 2022 during an investigation into his creation and possession of indecent images of children.
Authorities seized a laptop and two mobile phones connected to Anderson, which contained a total of 22 Category A images—the most severe classification—along with 10 Category B images and 40 Category C images.
The investigation also uncovered two prohibited images and 253 images classified as extreme.
During the search, officers found messages on one of Anderson’s phones, which he had tried to hide behind a toilet in his home.
These messages indicated that he was attempting to arrange the sexual abuse of young children.
Anderson faced multiple charges, including arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sexual offense, three counts of making indecent images of children, possession of prohibited images, and possession of extreme pornography.
He pleaded guilty to all charges during a hearing in March.
In addition to his prison sentence and extended license, Anderson has been subject to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order aimed at protecting the public from further harm.
