The conviction relates to 14 counts of sexual assault, which occurred over an extensive period of time.
The court proceedings revealed that Dreha exploited a young victim over a span of 11 years, starting in 1990 and continuing until 2001.
This tragic case drew significant attention during the trial, culminating in Dreha’s conviction on Monday, 16 May.
His sentencing took place on Thursday, 23 June, at Liverpool Crown Court, where the court sought to underline the seriousness of his actions.

The trauma has profoundly impacted her mental health, leaving her struggling to trust others and contemplating suicide at times.
She conveyed her feelings of loneliness and the severe consequences of having been victimized.
Throughout the lengthy period of deception, Dreha lived under the guise of a respectable life, while his victim endured the ongoing trauma.
