A CREEP who sent his exlover a secretly recorded video of them having sex has been spared jail.
Stuart Stoddart, 29, was in a relationship with the woman, who can't be named for legal reasons, before they broke up in December 2018.
He began contacting her on WhatsApp in September.
The woman was horrified when Stoddart sent her a clip of them having sex which had been recorded on a mobile phone without her knowledge.
Stoddart, of East Kilbride, admitted sending the woman the footage of them having sex.
At Hamilton Sheriff Court, he was placed under supervision for three years and ordered to attend a domestic abuse programme.
He was also put on the sex offenders' register for three years.
Sheriff Ray Small told Stoddart that supervision was a "direct alternative" to prison.
