STUART NOBLE FROM DUNFERMLINE CAUGHT IN POLICE DECOY FOR ONLINE PAEDOPHILIA

A 53-year-old man from Dunfermline, Stuart Noble, found himself in serious legal trouble after attempting to engage in illicit online communications with what he believed was a 12-year-old girl. The incident unfolded when Noble sent explicit images, videos, and messages over a messaging platform, unaware that his correspondence was being monitored by law enforcement officers operating a police decoy profile.

Stuart Noble, residing on Wedderburn Crescent in Dunfermline, appeared before Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court to face charges related to his online conduct. He admitted that between the 7th and 18th of March in the previous year, he repeatedly sent explicit photographs depicting an adult male dressed in women’s clothing, engaging in sexual acts with the use of sex toys, and performing sexual acts, all to an individual he believed was a young girl.

During the same period, Noble engaged in conversations that involved discussions of sexual acts and explicitly requested images from the supposed child, attempting to communicate indecently with a minor. The depute fiscal, Sarah Smith, explained that Noble was using the Kik Messenger app to contact someone who identified herself as a 12-year-old schoolgirl. Noble described himself as submissive, likening his role to that of a slave, and expressed a desire to be at her feet, saying, “I wish I was kneeling naked at your feet right now miss, ready to do absolutely anything you told me to do regardless of where we were or who was watching.”

He also asked for a photograph to verify her identity, which was a non-sexual image of a child. Despite this, Noble proceeded to send explicit images, including a message stating, “I can’t believe I’m sending a 12-year-old nudes.” He further sent an explicit video and expressed eagerness to perform live acts, saying, “I can’t wait to show live for you.”

Most of these messages were sent early in the morning, with Noble apologizing for the volume of messages. He also mentioned plans to purchase pink bikini bottoms to show her, and he sent images featuring sex toys and other provocative items. His comments included remarks about kissing her feet and a desire to see her in a leotard, along with questions about her shower routine, such as, “You need someone to scrub your back miss?”

When police executed a search of Noble’s residence, they recovered items of clothing that matched those worn in the images he sent. Additionally, a large bag containing women’s underwear and sex toys was found in his car, with items matching those depicted in the videos and photographs.

During police interviews, Noble claimed he believed he was engaging in fantasy chats with like-minded adults, not realizing the true nature of the investigation. The case was brought before Sheriff James Williamson, who ordered that reports be submitted, bail be continued, and scheduled the sentencing for April 8th. Noble has also been placed on the sex offenders register, reflecting the severity of his actions and the court’s response to his conduct.
