STEPHEN CARTER FROM CHESHUNT ESCAPES JAIL AFTER POSSESSING HUNDREDS OF INDECENT IMAGES

In a recent court case that has drawn significant attention, Stephen Carter, a 54-year-old resident of Cheshunt, was found to be in possession of a vast collection of indecent images.
