January 2012 Paedophile jailed for child sex attacks A PAEDOPHILE who sexually abused a five-year-old girl in woods has today been locked up for six years. Stacey Reeve even tried to claim that his victim’s family were abusing the child when his offending came to light. Reeve of Lauder Road, Bentley, took the girl to woods on two occasion in August 2010 where he assaulted her. The 35-year-old denied charges of sexual activity with a child, but was found guilty of the offences following a trial at Doncaster Crown Court. He was jailed at Doncaster Crown Court today. Speaking after the hearing Det Sgt Rich Partridge, said: “I am satisfied with the sentencing and pleased that the calculated measures he undertook to try and pass blame for his crime have been taken into consideration as part of the sentencing. “I hope that the young girl and her family are now able to put this ordeal behind them.”
