CHESTER SEX OFFENDER SIDNEY RAYNER SENTENCED FOR CHILD ABUSE IN BRENTCHLEY NEAR TONBRIDGE

In a case that has shocked the local community, Sidney Rayner, a man previously residing in Brenchley near Tonbridge, has been convicted of serious child sexual abuse crimes. The incident dates back to the early 2000s, with Rayner responsible for multiple acts of abuse committed against a young child over a span of several years, specifically from 2003 to 2007 in the Brenchley area.
