SEZAİ AKBAŞ SENTENCED TO LIFE IN PRISON FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCES IN HOLYWELL

Sezai Akbas, a man with a troubling and disturbing history of sexual offences, has been handed a life sentence by the court, with a minimum term of eight years before he is eligible for parole. The sentencing follows a series of heinous crimes committed against both children and an adult, which spanned over several years and took place in Holywell.

Akbas's criminal record includes a total of 26 separate offences, encompassing serious crimes such as rape, buggery, and indecent assault. These offences were committed over a period of six years, beginning in 1996, and involved multiple victims.
