RYAN SALES FROM BINGLEY AND BRADFORD SENTENCED FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT ON 12-YEAR-OLD GIRL

A 20-year-old man has been sentenced to two years in prison after being convicted of sexually assaulting a young girl aged just 12 years old.

The offender, Ryan Sales, who resides in Farriers Croft, Idle, Bradford, was only 18 at the time he committed these serious offences.

According to court records, Sales was charged with multiple counts of sexual assault, specifically five separate incidents that took place over a span of two months.

These assaults involved inappropriate and unlawful acts directed towards the young girl, causing significant concern and distress.

The case came to light when the girl’s father discovered suspicious behavior and, upon investigation, reported the matter to the police.

The Bradford Crown Court heard the details of the case during a recent hearing, where the severity of the offences was emphasized.

Despite the gravity of his actions, Sales was described by his legal representative, Nigel Jamieson, as a man of previously good character.

Jamieson highlighted that Sales was a hardworking individual who had faced and overcome various difficulties earlier in life, which had helped him secure skilled employment.

However, the court’s decision was clear.

Ryan Sales was sentenced to serve two years in a young offender institution.

Additionally, he was ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register for a period of five years, a measure intended to monitor and restrict his activities following his release.
